This is moreso in light of the relatively new 2020 Companies and Other Business Entities Act.  We provide company and secretarial services, including statutory returns, updates and searches, and carry out company secretarial due diligences for clients.  Company formations, amendment of memorandum and / or articles of association and shelf company purchases also form part of these services. Such services might be stand-alone, or as part of a corporate / commercial transaction.  Our advisory matters also include regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
