Conveyancing, notarial, intellectual property law
Various financial institutions have included us on their panel of conveyancers, and as such our services are sought for mortgage and notarial bond registrations, cancellations, letters of undertaking / guarantees, cessions of bond, schemes of reconstruction.
In addition, we attend to property conveyances for individual clients, and act for the Sheriff for Zimbabwe for public auction property transfers. From time to time, we advise on land use (zoning) and procedures to change land use. We have designed a template for purchase price reconciliations, which we use to ensure correctness of purchase price balances. Where clients assume immovable property ownership through share sales, we carry out due diligences and attend to transfer of shares documentation, pursuant to sale of shares agreements. We also deal with property developments such as clusters, or other subdivision transfers, and incidental matters arising therefrom including joint venture agreements to service and develop property.
